            - to focus on fulfilling our purpose by serving the community and those God sends our way, including the poor and those struggling with real life issues such as divorce, parenting, employment, addiction, etc.
            - to call, equip and lead our members to use their God-given gifts in hands-on service.
            - for our worship opportunities to honor God, to be characterized by freedom, to minister to our members, and to impact the lives of visitors.
            - to utilize small group ministries to promote spiritual growth and discipleship and provide pathways into our church family for new members.
            - to call our “Servant Shepherds” who will focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word, while equipping the members for this life and life hereafter.
